HOF EST, LLC provides hospitality-related business support, booking support, payment support, PR, marketing, campaign coordination and project-related services for selected tourism, regenerative travel and conservation-oriented projects connected to Costa Rica.

HOF EST, LLC may support projects including, but not limited to, Tropical Fjord, Save Golfo Dulce and TerraVita Solutions-related initiatives.

 

3. No Investment Offering

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell securities, investment interests, loans, profit participation rights, financial products, ownership interests or guaranteed returns.

Payments made to HOF EST, LLC relate only to clearly described services, bookings, campaign rewards, deposits, PR and marketing services, project services or other ordinary business transactions.

No payment to HOF EST, LLC gives the payer any ownership interest, voting right, repayment claim, revenue share, profit participation or investment return unless expressly agreed in a separate written legal agreement signed by HOF EST, LLC.

HOF EST, LLC is not a tax-exempt nonprofit organization and does not claim charitable status.

6. Bookings and Stay Rewards

Any future bookings, stay rewards, vouchers or hospitality services are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of payment or on the relevant campaign, booking, invoice or offer page.

Availability, redemption periods, cancellation terms, included services, taxes, local fees and guest responsibilities may vary depending on the specific offer.

Customers and backers are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms before making a payment.

7. Campaign-Based Offers

HOF EST, LLC may support campaign-based offers, stay rewards, vouchers or pre-launch hospitality-related rewards.

Such offers are not investments and do not provide equity, ownership, profit participation, interest, repayment rights or financial returns.

• minimum stay requirements

If a campaign reward cannot be delivered as described, the applicable campaign platform terms and the specific reward terms will apply.

HOF EST, LLC may provide PR, marketing, campaign coordination, project administration, international outreach or related business support services to selected projects, organizations or partners.

Such services may be governed by separate written agreements, invoices, campaign terms, payment pages or service descriptions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments for PR, marketing or business support services are service payments and do not represent donations, investments, loans, securities, ownership rights or profit participation.

Some services, including tours, transport, local activities, payment processing, booking tools, campaign platforms, website hosting, email communication or analytics tools, may be provided by independent third parties.

HOF EST, LLC is not responsible for third-party terms, services, prices, delays, cancellations, platform rules, payment provider decisions or failures unless expressly agreed in writing.
